VIAspire Liquefier:
The convenience of liquid oxygen in the home
The VIAspire Liquefier makes deliveries a thing of the past because it works right in the patient’s home, converting gaseous oxygen from any OSD concentrator to a supply of liquid oxygen that the patient can use to fill a VIAspire Portable. The VIAspire Liquefier typically runs for four to six hours per day, liquefying up to 2 liters of liquid oxygen per day. That’s 3 to 4 fills and more than 12 to 16 hours’ worth of liquid oxygen readily available, so the patient can dock the portable to the Liquefier, fill, and go at a moment’s notice. And because liquid oxygen can easily be created in the home, the VIAspire Liquefier means freedom from the constraints of a delivery schedule and time-consuming cylinder fills.
Why have the VIAspire Liquefier in the home?
If LTOT is part of a patient’s life, why not make it as convenient as possible? Just as most homes have a water heater for a ready source of hot water, the Liquefier provides LTOT patients with a steady supply of liquid oxygen. How much electricity does it use?
The VIAspire Liquefier runs only when needed then switches to monitoring mode after the liquid oxygen reservoir is full. Recent studies show the Liquefier uses approximately $10.00 more in electricity per month than most concentrators.
